4. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any litigation, arbitration, or commercial disputes arising from SM Auto exports shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SMAP Trading LLP be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use, installation, or transport of automotive components purchased from this platform. This includes vehicle damage, logistics losses, or operations downtime.
Shipping & Export Policy
SM Auto operates a structured supply chain and coordinates international cargo shipments from our warehouse and partner hubs in India to destination ports worldwide.
1. Dispatch & Transit Timelines
Lead times depend on the size of the order, customs clearances, and shipping lines. Typical warehouse handling and packing takes 3 to 7 business days. Trans-ocean cargo shipping times are subject to carrier updates and port conditions, which will be tracked via global bills of lading.
2. Damage Inspection
Importers are advised to inspect sea/air containers and packaging upon receipt at destination customs. If cargo is physically damaged or tampered with during transit, please document the issues with the carrier and notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
3. Force Majeure
SM Auto is not liable for transport delays caused by weather events, port strikes, custom detentions, wars, or other unforeseen logistical disruptions beyond our reasonable control.
